the hotel was gorgeous, the staff were nice, fairly nice experience overall. impeccable service, stylish double room with outstanding views. fab and particularly good location 10 min walk from heathrow terminals 2 & 3 tube station. super restaurant with a great patio and view. great choice for christmas.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was fully equipped. I truly enjoyed the helpful staff and wonderful breakfasts. Booked a room with great views of the lake and mountains. There was a beautifully decorated bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and terry dressing gowns.
